We facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The exchange/return policy that we have is in common with all boutiques/sellers where there is no Refund offered/given.
We also provide the facility of exchanging the product with any other product of any Brand that we house online or in-store Or we also provide the option of opting for a credit-Note for the returned product which would be valid to be redeemed for a period of 90 days from the date of issue, after which it cannot be redeemed and it lapses. We also provide opting for a “Gift Voucher” instead, which can then be used by any individual to purchase products from us within
the period of 90 days from the issued date.
A Store Credit Can be redeemed in “N” number of parts within the 90 days validity period. However one Gift Voucher can be redeemed only once with us for a single transaction within the 90 days validity period. **Check Gift Voucher Section for more details.
Both Store Credit Points and Gift Vouchers are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANT BE EXCHANGED for Cash, online or other modes of money.
We have a one-time only return policy for a particular order. One or more of the items from an order meeting the conditions mentioned above are eligible for return only once within 10 days (including Saturday and Sunday) from the date of purchase of the product(s) only from our webstore and will not be acceptable after that. For returns We offer store credit points that will be equal to the price of the product(s)(excluding taxes, surcharges and shipping Price) purchased
for that order number only on our web store which will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours after quality inspection of the product(s) returned by you to our facility. If in case of any discrepancies during quality check you will be notified. You can use the credit points for your next purchase on our web store where 1 credit point is equal to 1 INR. The Credit Points can be used only within 90 days from the date of issue. You may purchase for the amount equal to the available credit points value or get the available credit points value discounted from the total bill of your next purchase when you check out for payment.
We have a one-time only Exchange policy for a particular order. One or more of the items from an order meeting the conditions mentioned above are eligible for exchange only once and will not be honoured after that. Also, Exchange must be notified within 10 days (including Saturday and Sunday) from the date of purchase of the product(s) only from our web store. Exchange of an Item may depend on the availability of the alternative chosen by you from our available
inventory. We will do our best to honour your request and get the item(s) replaced. In the unlikely event that We are unable to replace your product with the same product We will notify you immediately and you may choose one of the following actions:
1) Opt for a variant (size or colour) of the same product for the same value
2) Choose a different product from our wide collection for the equivalent value or higher value of the item being exchanged
3) Choose a different product from our wide collection for the equivalent value or lesser value of the item being exchanged and have the Store Credit Points for the Balance amount which can again be redeemed only within 90 days from the issued date
4) Opt for Store Credits Points/Gift Card value of which will be equal to that of your purchase for that order number. The same will be issued within 24-48 hours of our confirmation. **Kindly go through the Store credits section for your understanding
5) All Exchanges will be final and no negotiation will be acceptable after one exchange is complete based on your confirmation
We have a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY but we will not disappoint you, store credit points equivalent to the value of the product returned will be credited to your account or a gift card for the equivalent amount will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after confirmation from our end, which you may choose to use for future purchases on our web store within 90 days from the issued date.
All Products bought only on our web store can be Returned or Exchanged within 10 days from the date of Purchase only if the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and undamaged and in original condition
- Original Packaging of the product is still intact and not tampered with
- The original Labels, Invoice, Price tags, Slips, Catalogs ,Instruction Guide, certificates etc. whichever was available when the product was delivered is/are intact
- Galleria Di Lux reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before validating the Exchange/Return.
- Products that have not been purchased on www.galleriadilux.com or are falsely claimed to have been bought from our web store on verification
- Items on clearance sale or equal and above 75% discount are considered to be final sale items and there is a STRICT NO RETURN policy for the same and also there wouldn’t be any “Gift Voucher” or “Store Credit Points” be given/offered under this condition
- Items that wear out on use and are not returned in their original condition or packaging will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges
- Gift cards and Store Credit Points are not returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash or any other mode of money.
At Galleria Di Lux We promise to take utmost care before dispatching the products to your doorstep by doing a stringent Quality check at our warehouse which will be documented.
Also during Transit of the products and their packaging are handled responsibly by our team before being delivered to you.
In the unlikely event that you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), kindly notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures of the same so that we can cross verify with the fulfilment centre and find an unbiased solution.
We Promise to give a satisfactory and unbiased solution from our end if all the conditions are met.
Kindly note that in an unfortunate event of any legal dispute it will be resolved under the Jurisdiction of Government Of Karnataka.
We do not offer any refunds on payments made. Under certain circumstances mentioned above, we offer store credit points, which expires after 90 days from the issued date but can be redeemed in “N” number of parts within the 90 days validity period.
A store credit point is “as good as cash” and is securely stored in your account on Galleria Di Lux which expires after 90 days from the issued date but can be redeemed in “N” number of parts within the 90 days validity period.
A Gift Voucher is “as good as cash” of equivalent amount of the “product returned” which is shared as a coupon code to be redeemed within 90 days from the issued date. It can be used or redeemed only once with us for a single transaction within the 90 days validity period.
The three cases of redeeming a gift voucher in a single transaction –
1) Case 1 – When the “Gift Voucher” amount is equal to the purchase value/invoice amount –
In this case the complete invoice payable value is zero by applying a valid and non-expired Gift Voucher
2) Case 2 – When the “Gift Voucher” amount is less than the purchase value/invoice amount –
In this case the final invoice payable value is reduced by the INR equivalent
value of a valid and non-expired Gift Voucher
3) Case 3 – When the “Gift Voucher” amount is more than the purchase value/invoice amount –
In this case the complete invoice payable value is zero by applying a valid and
non-expired Gift Voucher BUT the “Gift Voucher” is deemed used/utilised after
this usage and the balance of excess INR value of the Gift Voucher lapses
irrespective of its validity of 90 days lapsing or not and this “Gift Voucher”
cannot be used any more for any other future transactions.

Once we arrange for a return pick-up of your order, the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach our order-processing centre.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please ensure the following guidelines are followed
- We will arrange for the pick-up of the products, however, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier partner arrives
- The contents of the package must be packed in the original condition with the original packaging and invoice.
- The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
- The address label on the package must be affixed properly
- Galleriadilux will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging from your end.
We designed each box to deliver your shipment in immaculate condition. To ensure that the product Returned by you to us is safe and secure, we have designed the box to bring back the merchandise in the same condition. Furthermore, this ensures that the purchase you return to us is safe and secure and reaches us without any tampering from any other third party.
Not only we have a strong desire to bring to you your favourite products with ease but it also to be handled delicately with care. There are no shipping charges applicable if the purchase amount exceeds INR 20,000/-. For the invoice amount below INR 20,000/- a INR 500/- shipping charge is applied on the final invoice value.
- In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, we will bear the cost of return shipping. If you ever receive a tampered box, please notify us immediately and we will advise you on the procedure to return the goods back to us.
- In the event of other additional post-sales services and privileges provided to the customer INR
500/- shipping charges would be applicable for the reverse pickup.
For any order cancellation, you may cancel your partial or complete order before it gets processed in our system OR within 48 hours of placing your order (whichever is earlier). An order confirmation call would be made to you by our Customer Service Executive within 24 hours of placing the order. The order cannot be cancelled if processing confirmation is given for the same on call or in case if you wish to cancel your order after our system processes it, in which case we will then issue a refund in the form of store credit or gift card only.
Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then Galleria Di Lux holds the right to not accept any returns/exchanges from such customers.
