RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND

Your delight is of foremost importance to us. We will do our best to give you the best shopping experience on our web-store. To make the shipping and returns processes hassle free, we have clearly laid out our policies below for your understanding kindly give a read through before your purchase.

We offer both return and exchange options only a single time on all of our catalog enlisted products. You may either return or exchange as per your convenience within 14 days (including Saturday and Sunday)from the date of your purchase failing which the items may not be accepted for Return/Exchange and the course of action that follows will be left to the discretion of the management.

What can I return or exchange?

In case of only the following circumstances the items purchased only on our website will be Eligible

For Single Exchange/Return:

- Wrong Product(s) was/were delivered
- Size Issues (Only For Footwear) In this case Exchange may depend on Alternate Product availability. If alternative is not available store credit points will be issued to your account.
- Item was delivered in a physically damaged condition (Approval of Exchange/Return only after verification)
- Product Has missing parts or accessories


RETURNS POLICY

We have a one-time only return policy for a particular order.
One or more of the items from an order meeting the conditions mentioned above are eligible for return only once within 14 days(including Saturday and Sunday)from the date of purchase of the product(s) only from our web store and will not be acceptable after that.
For returns We offer store credit points that will be equal to the price of the product(s)(excluding taxes and surcharges) purchased for that order number only on our web store which will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item returned by you at our warehouse after quality inspection.
If in case of any discrepancies during quality check you will be notified.
You can use the credit points for your next purchase on our web store where 1 credit point is equal to 1 INR.
You may purchase for the amount equal to the available credit points value or get the available credit points value discounted from the total bill of your next purchase when you check out for payment in which case the total bill amount must exceed the value of the available credit points.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a one-time only Exchange policy for a particular order.
One or more of the items from an order meeting the conditions mentioned above are eligible for exchange only once and will not be honored after that.
Also Exchange must be notified within 14 days(including Saturday and Sunday) from the date of purchase of the product(s) only from our web store.
Exchange of an Item may depend on the availability of the alternative chosen by you in our warehouse.
We will do our best to honor your request and get the item(s) replaced.
In the unlikely event that We are unable to replace your product with the same product We will notify you immediately and you may choose one of the following actions:

1. Opt for a variant (size or color) of the same product for the same value.
2. Choose a different product from our wide collection for the equivalent value or higher value of the item being exchanged.
3. Opt for store credits/Gift Card value of which will be equal to that of your purchase for that order number. The same will be issued within 24-48 hours of our confirmation.

4. All Exchanges will be final and no negotiation will be acceptable after one exchange is complete based on your confirmation.


REFUND POLICY

We have a STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY but we will not disappoint you, store credit points equivalent to the value of the product returned will be credited to your account or a gift card for the equivalent amount will be issued to you which you may choose to use for future purchases on our web store within 24-48 hours after confirmation from our end.

Product Eligibility For Return/Exchange

All Products bought only on our web store can be Returned or Exchanged within 14 days from the date of Purchase only if the following conditions are met:

- Product is unused and undamaged and in original condition
- Original Packaging of the product is still intact and not tampered with.
- The original Labels, Invoice, Price tags, Slips, Catalogs ,Instruction Guide, certificates etc. whichever was available when the product was delivered is/are intact.
- Galleria Di Lux reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before validating the Exchange/Return.

Products that can’t be exchanged or returned:

- Products that have not been purchased on www.galleriadilux.com or are falsely claimed to have been bought from our web store on verification.
- Items on clearance sale are considered to be final sale items
- Items that wear out on use and are not returned in their original condition or packaging will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges
- Gift cards are not returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash

Our Promise

At Galleria Di Lux We promise to take utmost care before dispatching the products to your doorstep by doing a stringent Quality check at our warehouse which will be documented.
Also during Transit the products and their packaging are handled responsibly by our team before being delivered to you.

In the unlikely event that you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), kindly notify us at info@galleriadilux.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures of the same so that we can cross verify with the fulfillment center and find an unbiased solution.

We Promise to give a satisfactory and unbiased solution from our end if all the conditions are met.

Kindly note that in an unfortunate event of any legal dispute it will be resolved under the Jurisdiction of Government Of Karnataka.

How can I get money back?

We do not offer any refunds on payments made. Under certain circumstances mentioned above, we offer store credit, which never expires and has no limitations on usage as it is usually processed within 24-48 hours.

What is a store credit?

A store credit is “as good as cash” and is securely stored in your account on Galleria Di Lux OR issued to you as a Gift Card, which never expires and can be used for any future purchases for equivalent or higher purchase value.

How do I return something?

You can write to us at info@galleriadilux.com we will be glad to process the return or exchange for you.
Once we arrange for a return pick-up of your order, the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach our order-processing center.

Key guidelines to keep in mind

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please ensure the following guidelines are followed
- We will arrange for the pick up of the products, however, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier partner arrives
- The contents of the package must be packed in the original condition with the original packaging and invoice.  
- The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
- The address label on the package must be affixed properly
- Galleriadilux will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging from your end.

Why do I have to return the original box?

We designed each box to deliver your shipment in immaculate condition. To ensure that the product Returned by you to us is safe and secure, we have designed the box to bring back the merchandise in the same condition. Furthermore, this ensures that the purchase you return to us is safe and secure and reaches us without any tampering from any other third party.

Do you charge for shipping in India? 

Galleria Di Lux offers free shipping within India for all goods ordered on our website.  

Who pays for the return shipping?

- In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, we will bear the cost of return shipping. If you ever receive a tampered box please notify us immediately and we will advise you on the procedure to return the goods back to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any order cancellation, you may cancel your partial or complete order before it gets processed in our system advisably within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after our system processes it, we will then issue a refund in the form of store credit or gift card only.

Special Note:

Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then Galleria Di Lux holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers.
